The best highway A4 Venice-Trieste or A23 Tarvisio-Venice and exit of Latisana (between Portogruaro and San Giorgio di Nogaro).
Drive on the Freeway 354 always straight ahead till Lignano Sabbiadoro (about 18 km).
At the entrance of Lignano Sabbiadoro (big roundabout), take the left road that brings to “Sabbiadoro”.
By train
Railway line Venice-Trieste – get off at Latisana-Lignano-Bibione station, about 18 km far from Lignano Sabbiadoro; there is a regular bus service that connects with Lignano.
By airplane
There are three international airports in the surroundings of Lignano: Venezia “Marco Polo” (95 km), Trieste “Ronchi dei Legionari” (70 km) and Treviso “Antonio Canova” (110 km).
All airports are situated just an hour’s drive away and a regular shuttle bus service assures the connections with Lignano.
